Congratulations to EMT Jacobs for earning the Prince William County Fire & Rescue System’s Operational Medical Director’s (OMD) endorsement. EMT’s earn the endorsement by successful completion of a protocols class and an internship with one of our Field Training Officers (FTO) to ensure understanding of the uniform treatment procedures outlined in the patient care manual.
