Over a cool, but nice, weekend 3 of our VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS attended RIT (Rapid Intervention Team) training offered by Adapt & Overcome Training LLC. The location was the Frederick County Fire Academy in Frederick Md.
This 2-day class is based on real-world fire ground situations, is data-driven, and utilizes the wealth of knowledge and experience provided by dedicated instructors.
This is just one example of the training that is available to our VOLUNTEER Firefighters at no cost to them, except their time. We would like to congratulate Firefighters Hall, Gideon, and Cloud for successfully completing this training and being so dedicated to the department.
