It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we announce the passing of one of our members. Tom Hennessy passed away on April 21 2022, while off-duty.
Tom joined the Nokesville Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department in 2007. He was an operational Master Firefighter assigned to our Fire Station 5. He was one of our longest serving members who was dedicated to the department and the community he served. He continually helped junior members advance within the department. Tom always had a smile on his face and enjoyed helping others. His loss will be felt among the members of the department, and his contributions will be missed.
Tom leaves behind a loving wife and two young sons. We ask that you please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers.
