On Tuesday, May 9th, members of the Prince William County Fire & Rescue System, along with Chief Thomas LaBelle, former Prince William County Supervisor John Stirrup, and Operational Medical Director Dr. Neha Sullivan, accepted a proclamation from Prince William Board of County Supervisor Chair-At-Large Ann B. Wheeler recognizing this year’s EMS Week: Where Emergency Care Begins, May 21st – 27th.
We held many events to give a chance for citizens to chat with crews, educate the public about medical emergencies and when to dial 911, and offered free blood pressure checks. Many of our members were also highlighted throughout the week.
