September 18, 2023, Nokesville VA – This past weekend members of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association, Chapter 27-2, stopped by Fire Station 5 to thank the crews and the members of Nokesville Volunteer Fire and Rescue along with Prince William County Fire and Rescue for supporting this clubs Poker Run that took place in July 2023.
The volunteer and career crews on duty for the presentation were the same crews on duty in July 2023 when Station 5 was a rest stop for the Poker Run.
This year Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association was able to raise $14,000 that was donated to Willing Warrior Retreat in Haymarket, VA.
